Take in the nice musty air, the unnecessarily dim lighting, the Daytona 500 on a Sunday afternoon. DOESN‘T GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT. Nothing makes me feel more proud than wearing a Paul‘s Tavern hat! Go ahead and pull your diesel guzzlin‘ truck around back and come on in. Because at the end of the day there‘s nothin‘ better than ice cold Bud light and $1 domestic drafts!

pauls tavern is a great little working mans bar, the best burgers in town, known from iowa to texas. unique wildlife trophys on the walls. 60 plus years in business. a must see when in the dubuque area. 5 star in my book.

Love this place! If you have any complaints about it stay home, you probably wont be happy anywhere.

I dont know why this bar is so popular. It has dry-rotting taxidermy animals raining dust mites into my food as I eat, ornry barkeeps, and there‘s hardly any room. Boo.
