Yen Ching

Simply the best Chinese cuisine I have ever had. I no longer live in Dubuque, but each time I return, this is the one spot we must have dinner; my French husband insists on it. The hot and sour soup is peppery and sour and beats any other I have ever tried. The vegetables are always crisp and delicious, the sauces perfect, and you have never tasted crab meat rangoon made this way. Even the tea is unique. Enjoy!
